Event Recap – Stone Lab tour

The event, co-chaired by members Dan Frederick and Gary Bauer, was an opportunity for the Alumni Club of Erie County to collaborate with Ohio State’s Stone Lab and local science teachers and students.  They were able to learn the biological aspects of keeping Lake Erie healthy with hands-on activities and a tour of the Stone Lab site.  They learned about algae blooms, invasive species, and other important topics germane to our own Lake Erie.
